We offer completely free shipping on every order to US. This is how we keep our retro shirts as affordable as possible for fans everywhere.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–4 business days, subject to stock availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US) 

After dispatch, US orders typically take 5–18 business days to arrive.

COURIERS & TRACKING 

Couriers vary by region (UPS/USPS for most US orders, and trusted others carriers). To keep things simple for you, we use a universal tracking system, just click the link in your shipping confirmation email and you can track your package from anywhere.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

If an incorrect address causes the package to be returned to us or marked as undeliverable, you may be expected to pay a small additional fee to cover the cost of replacement postage when we reship the item.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

All shipments are fully tracked.

· If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@irasunvel.shop with your order number and clear photos. We will send you a free replacement (shipping included) at no extra cost and you can keep the original item.

· If you believe your package has not arrived or delivery has failed, contact us as soon as possible at support@irasunvel.shop. You are responsible for first contacting the courier yourself (using the tracking number we provided) to reschedule delivery or arrange collection from a local point if available. Once you have done this, we will investigate and confirm whether the package has definitely gone missing. This confirmation process normally takes 1–2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date. If we confirm it is lost, we will send you a free replacement (shipping included) at no extra cost.

If you have any difficulty identifying the courier or finding their contact details, contact us immediately and we will provide the information and assist you.
